Feedback, complaints and safeguards
Tell us what's not working
You can raise a concern by phone, email, in person, or anonymously through our online form. We acknowledge every complaint within two business days.
Give feedback or make a complaintIncident management
Every incident is recorded, reviewed and, where required, reported to the NDIS Commission. You are told what happened and what changed.
Your rights, always
You have the right to choice, dignity, privacy, an advocate, and to change providers at any time without needing a reason.
You can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission directly on 1800 035 544. We will never discourage you from doing that, and it will never affect your supports.
